This is an authentic AI-2 anti-radiation first aid kit, manufactured in USSR during 1980s. The kit contained antidotes and medications to treat radiation, nerve agents, and shock following the first wave of nuclear attack. The soviet union manufactured millions of these units and widely issued to both civilians and the military personnel.
